1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Corpo Fit mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Corpo Fit is a fitness application that provides personalized workout plans, exercise instructions, progress tracking, and related fitness services. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

3.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Corpo Fit offers premium subscription services with the following terms:

- Subscription Plans: Monthly, 3-Month, and Yearly subscription options are available.

- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

- Price: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.

- Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings, or through the App's account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

- Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's refund policies. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

3.2 Subscription Benefits

Premium subscriptions provide access to:

- Unlimited workout plans and exercises

- Personalized training programs

- Progress tracking and analytics

- Priority customer support

- Exclusive content and features

4. USER ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You can create an account using:

- Email and password

- Google Sign-In

- Facebook Sign-In

- Sign in with Apple (iOS only)

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

- All activities that occur under your account

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- Ensuring the accuracy of information provided during account creation

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: Before beginning any exercise program, consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about your health.

- Muscle training and exercise involve physical activity that requires strength, flexibility, and motor coordination.

- The information provided in this App is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

- You acknowledge that participation in any exercise program involves inherent risks of injury.

- You agree to participate in exercises at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

- If you experience discomfort, pain, or feel unsafe during any exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

- We are not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or damages resulting from your use of the App or participation in any exercise program.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Corpo Fit or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without permission

- Use automated systems to access the App

- Share your account credentials with others

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpo Fit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. SEVERABILITY

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corpo Fit regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
