- Workout Data: Exercise history, progress tracking, and performance metrics you record in the App

- Payment Information: Subscription and payment details are processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment card information.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information:

- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information

- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, time spent, and navigation patterns

- Analytics Data: App performance, crash reports, and error logs to improve the App experience

- Location Data: We do not collect precise location data unless you explicitly grant permission for location-based features

1.3 Third-Party Authentication Services

When you use third-party sign-in services, we receive limited information:

- Sign in with Apple: We receive your name and email address (or a private relay email if you choose to hide your email). Apple does not share your interactions with the App for advertising purposes without your consent.

- Google Sign-In: We receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We do not use this information for advertising purposes without your consent.

- Facebook Sign-In: We receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available). We do not use this information for advertising purposes without your consent.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features

- Create and personalize your workout plans and exercise recommendations
